Here's something I'm learning...anybody who tells you that you can lose weight without being hungry is lying. Totally lying. If you're going to lose weight, you're going to be hungry sometimes. It's just how it is. Deal with it.
So say I.
(I'm freaking hungry right now, but it's already almost 11 and I refuse to eat this close to bedtime. And I've had about 2200 calories already today).

I agree! I'm on my second week of calorie counting and by the end of the day I'm usually hungry. Sometimes I drink mint tea and it helps to curb the appetite.
